Copilot Training Output Verification

Plan Microsoft Copilot training focused on checking generated content against reliable evidence. Discuss your goals and workshop scope with Power Concepts.

Verify Copilot output before it leaves your desk

Output review should be a visible workflow rather than a final glance. Teach people to compare claims with their sources and distinguish a useful draft from a verified answer.

An illustrative practice exercise

A fictional quarterly note includes a total, a comparison period and a caveat. Learners review a generated summary that sounds plausible but changes the reporting period.

  1. Mark factual claims in the draft.
  2. Trace each claim to the supplied source.
  3. Correct unsupported statements and retain necessary caveats.

Check the result

For calculations, reproduce the result independently. For summaries, check omissions as well as errors. Keep ownership of the final communication with the human reviewer.

Confirm the right training scope

Send an anonymised example of the kind of output your team creates. Confirm the application, review responsibilities and whether calculation checking or document comparison is the priority.
