The four public Copilot courses focus on Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, and each lists two hours. Choose the application tied to the immediate work problem before pricing the learning plan. A general request to learn AI can conceal several different workflows and levels of readiness.

Compare the practical requirements

Check the actual course fee on its booking page and confirm that the learner already has the required Copilot access. Do not assume the course includes a licence, enables organisational features or changes the account’s data permissions. Those costs and decisions belong in a separate part of the budget.

Work through an example

For a small team, calculate attendance hours from the selected application sessions and the number of learners. Add approved preparation, practice and review time.
