Shawn May and David Poitras are both based here, David having spent 25 years building custom Microsoft solutions for Okanagan and Lower Mainland businesses before teaching full time. That means in-person delivery in the Okanagan is straightforward rather than exceptional. For a team, on-site training at your own office on your own machines is usually the format that sticks, because the files people practise on are the files they go back to on Monday.
For individuals the public schedule runs the full catalog: the Excel ladder, Word, Outlook, Teams and the accounting courses. Public classes cap at 10, include 90 days of video-library access afterwards, and carry the free one-year retake, on every course in the catalog.
