Copilot Readiness Assessment for Training

Discuss learner needs, application access and suitable tasks with Power Concepts. Define the assessment scope and a practical next step for your training programme.

Check readiness before choosing Copilot training

Readiness begins with access and an approved task. A learner who cannot open the required feature or use the practice file cannot benefit fully from an otherwise suitable session.

An illustrative practice exercise

An illustrative readiness check uses a fictional document and asks participants to confirm their account, application and ability to access the relevant Copilot experience.

  1. Have IT confirm the required access.
  2. Test the approved practice file in the intended application.
  3. Record gaps that need resolving before training.

Check the result

Separate technical access problems from skill gaps. Do not ask learners to change security settings or bypass an organisational restriction to complete the check.

Confirm the right training scope

Send a summary of the access situation and desired application. The course provider can discuss preparation requirements; licence provisioning and tenant readiness remain with your IT owner.
