Give Copilot a presentation purpose and a review standard
The PowerPoint course covers prompts, generated presentations and notes, slide refinement, visuals and quality review. Begin with the audience, source facts and action the presentation should support.
For practice, compare each slide with the approved brief and remove unsupported claims. Rehearse the story aloud to find missing transitions or unclear evidence. Confirm the required Copilot access and use permitted source material; generated design or text still needs an accountable human review.

Review the argument before the slide design
For a practice presentation, define the audience and the decision the slides should support. Provide a short approved source and compare the generated outline with its actual evidence. Remove unsupported claims before spending time refining colours or images.
Copilot for PowerPoint includes prompts, presentations, notes, slide refinement and quality review. A useful exercise ends with a coherent, checked explanation that a presenter can defend, rather than a large collection of polished but unverified slides.
