Turn a generated Word draft into a reviewed document
Copilot in Word covers drafting, summarising, rewriting, structure and output validation. A useful starting point is a clear source document and a defined audience, rather than an open-ended request for polished prose.
Practise checking claims, dates and omitted conditions after each rewrite. Keep track of what comes from the source and what needs further confirmation. Use approved fictional or sanitised material during training and confirm that the relevant Copilot features are available in your Word environment.

Draft a document from a clear brief
Give the exercise a purpose, reader, source material and required structure. Ask for a draft, then inspect names, dates, commitments and any statement that the sources do not support. Improve one section with a more specific follow-up instruction rather than accepting the first result unchanged.
Copilot for Word covers drafting, summarising, rewriting, formatting and validation. Use approved practice material and retain a human review before a document is shared externally or treated as an official record.
