Copilot Training for Managers

Plan Microsoft Copilot training focused on task selection, output review and team use. Discuss your goals and workshop scope with Power Concepts.

Scope Copilot practice for managers

Managers can use a training exercise to practise asking for a useful summary while retaining responsibility for decisions. Keep the distinction between recorded evidence and interpretation visible.

An illustrative practice exercise

A fictional weekly report includes completed work, delayed work and a decision request. Produce a management update that gives the decision request sufficient prominence.

  1. Define the update audience and length.
  2. Ask for a summary that separates facts from recommendations.
  3. Check the result against every unresolved item.

Check the result

Review whether the draft blames a person without evidence or describes a proposed action as approved. The manager decides what to communicate and authorise.

Confirm the right training scope

Describe the reports your managers read and produce. Application training can support the workflow; management judgement, personnel assessment and decision authority remain outside the software exercise.
