Target training after a Copilot rollout
After access is enabled, uneven usage may reflect different tasks, confidence levels or technical barriers. A training refresh should identify the cause before repeating the same introduction for everyone.
An illustrative practice exercise
A fictional team reports that some people draft regularly while others cannot find a useful task. Review safe examples of both successful and abandoned attempts.
- Separate access issues from skill needs.
- Group learners by the application and task they actually use.
- Practise the checks that caused earlier attempts to fail.
Check the result
Measure whether learners can complete an approved task independently. Login frequency alone does not show whether the resulting work is accurate or useful.
Confirm the right training scope
Share the applications already enabled, prior training and recurring difficulties. We can discuss targeted course pathways and a private session scope based on those needs.
