Build a Copilot training business case around a testable task

An approval request should name a work problem, the people affected and how a training pilot will be evaluated. Avoid promising a percentage saving before measuring the task. Explain why the selected application course or custom scope addresses the observed gap.

Compare the practical requirements

Separate licence and implementation costs from tuition, attendance and review time. Confirm the actual access required by the chosen course. Include preparation of approved source material and any support needed so staff can practise without introducing confidential information into an unsuitable environment.

Work through an example

For example, a team may test drafting a routine internal briefing from an approved source. Measure the time to create and check an acceptable version, together with factual corrections and rework. A faster first draft with a longer verification step is not automatically a net improvement.

Decide what to book or request

Present a bounded pilot with a budget, named owner and decision date. Agree what result would justify more training and what would require a change in scope. Power Concepts can discuss the learning component; the organisation retains responsibility for product approval, data policy and operational adoption.
