Power Concepts public classes are capped at ten participants. Do not assume a private group uses the same cap or pricing model; confirm those details in the proposal.
When a public course is a good starting point
One or two people may need a specific skill such as PivotTables, document formatting or Outlook rules. If their starting experience matches the published outline, a public course gives them a concrete scope to compare and an available session to book.
A larger headcount alone does not prove that everyone needs the same level. Before sending a group to one public class, check whether some learners need fundamentals while others are ready for a specialist topic.
When to ask about a private session
A team may need consistent reporting practices, a shared way to organise files or instruction across several applications. Describe the work, learner experience, software, delivery preference and desired timing. Discuss whether examples should use anonymised team material and who will approve it.
Compare the full cost
Include training fees, employee time, preparation, travel where relevant and follow-up practice. Ask what is included and how scope changes will be handled. Avoid treating a lower fee as better value when the course does not address the actual work.
Browse the public course catalogue or discuss corporate training. For a structured comparison, use the provider checklist.
