Build a software-training budget with visible assumptions
Separate the budget into the learning programme and the technology needed to attend. List tuition or delivery fees, preparation, learner time, practice, travel or room needs and software access. Show which values are confirmed quotes and which are planning estimates.
Compare the practical requirements
Group learners by task and starting level. A shared session can be appropriate when the group uses the same workflow, while different foundations may require separate cohorts. Do not count an assumed productivity saving as a cost reduction before it has been measured in a comparable task.
Work through an example
For each proposed course, record the product, application version, learner count, duration and the source of the fee. Add a contingency only according to the organisation’s normal budgeting practice, and explain what it covers. Keep one-time setup and ongoing licence costs separate.
Decide what to book or request
Ask the provider to state included materials, follow-up and any preparation responsibilities. Define a practical learning check and review the budget after the first group. This gives the organisation a basis for expanding, revising or stopping the programme without relying on a generic training-spend benchmark.

Estimate your training budget
Enter a confirmed fee or your own planning estimate. This calculator does not supply Power Concepts prices. Use one currency for every amount and include tax in your inputs if it belongs in your budget.
Method: tuition + (learners × hours × internal hourly cost) + other costs. Add preparation and practice to the hours if appropriate. This estimates cost, not return on investment.
