Compare Sage training cost by product and scope
The two public Sage Accounting products explicitly use Sage 50 and each list 12 hours. Begin by deciding whether the learner needs the foundational transaction workflow in Part 1 or the later payroll, inventory, year-end, budget and project topics in Part 2.
Compare the practical requirements
Check the current fee and tax details on the selected booking page. Confirm the edition, version, modules and practice-company arrangement before adding software costs to the budget. A course fee is not evidence that a Sage licence or every module is supplied.
Work through an example
For an employer’s estimate, add attendance and practice time to the actual tuition. If two employees attend a 12-hour course, that represents 24 staff-hours before practice; use your own internal rate. This example explains the budget method and does not state a Power Concepts course price.
Decide what to book or request
A team quote should identify the agreed product, workflows and access responsibilities. Keep live setup, migration, cleanup and accounting advice separately scoped. Comparing quotations on those details is more useful than comparing headline prices for different services.

Estimate your training budget
Enter a confirmed fee or your own planning estimate. This calculator does not supply Power Concepts prices. Use one currency for every amount and include tax in your inputs if it belongs in your budget.
Method: tuition + (learners × hours × internal hourly cost) + other costs. Add preparation and practice to the hours if appropriate. This estimates cost, not return on investment.
