Decide which gap matters first
- If notes are difficult to organise or find, start by reviewing OneNote.
- If people are unsure how to participate in Teams, compare the introductory course.
- If file collaboration and day-to-day team work are the issue, inspect Utilizing MS Teams.
- If your role includes building shared collaboration spaces, inspect Teams Expert and its access requirements.
Make a team training request useful
Describe where agendas, meeting notes, decisions and action items currently live. Identify who owns each handoff and what becomes difficult after a meeting. This can expose a process question that is broader than learning one button or menu.
Before a private session, agree what information can be used in examples and which participants have permission to create or manage shared spaces. Training does not automatically grant those permissions. Discuss the work through corporate training or compare the public course outlines below. The goal is to choose the next useful skill, not to assume every learner needs every course.
