Choose Teams end-user training by everyday actions
An end user needs to find conversations, join meetings, locate the current file and understand the next action. Start with those tasks before discussing advanced workspace design. A learner can use Teams daily and still lose time because important information is scattered across chats, channels and attachments.
Compare the practical requirements
Introduction covers navigation, chat, calls and basic file collaboration. Utilizing Teams develops organised posts, calendars, files, sharing and approved applications. Expert addresses structures and connections to SharePoint and other tools. Select by responsibility rather than automatically sending every employee to the same level.
Work through an example
A practical assessment asks a learner to find a project discussion, open the current shared document and identify who owns the next step. Observe where support is needed. Use fictional or approved practice material so the assessment does not expose confidential information.
Decide what to book or request
For a group, identify the standard work process and account restrictions before training. Agree where final files and decisions belong. The course should improve a repeatable collaboration routine; creating more channels or installing more apps is not, by itself, evidence of better teamwork.
