Introduction to Teams and Utilizing Teams each list two hours, while Teams Expert lists four. Compare the outlines before pricing attendance: navigation and basic communication, organised collaboration, and workspace structure are different learning needs.

Compare the practical requirements

Check the current fee and dates on the exact booking page. Confirm that the learners’ accounts can use the required features and practice space. Training does not automatically include additional licences, administrator access or approval to install applications.

Work through an example

For a team budget, multiply confirmed attendance hours by the learner count, then add the actual tuition or private quote and preparation time. Keep configuration work separate. A staff workshop cannot by itself resolve tenant-wide policies or provision permissions that only administrators can grant.

Decide what to book or request

Provide the current work structure, roles and specific collaboration problem when requesting a quote. Ask which examples and follow-up are included. A clearly scoped session is easier to compare than two proposals that both say Teams training but cover very different responsibilities.
