Budget for the Project course that matches your responsibility
The four public Project outlines address building a schedule, allocating resources and reporting, tracking progress, and managing multiple projects or templates. Identify the responsibility you hold before calculating attendance cost. Someone reading a plan may need a different scope from its scheduler or portfolio owner.
Compare the practical requirements
Use the exact booking product for current fee, duration and dates. Confirm the Project application and licence used for exercises; a Planner or web-based environment should not be assumed to match desktop Project. Keep any software cost separate from training tuition.
Work through an example
A useful budget includes time to prepare an approved sample plan and to repeat one exercise after class. For a team, specify whether learners share a planning method and calendars. Differences in process may need agreement before the software training can produce a consistent result.
Decide what to book or request
Request a scope that states the exercise, starting knowledge and follow-up. Building or repairing a live project schedule is a separate deliverable from teaching staff how the controls work. Compare quotations on those responsibilities instead of treating every Project training offer as equivalent.

Estimate your training budget
Enter a confirmed fee or your own planning estimate. This calculator does not supply Power Concepts prices. Use one currency for every amount and include tax in your inputs if it belongs in your budget.
Method: tuition + (learners × hours × internal hourly cost) + other costs. Add preparation and practice to the hours if appropriate. This estimates cost, not return on investment.
