Track progress against a clear baseline

Project 3 includes baselines, the Tracking Gantt, levelling, task changes, interruptions and work-in-progress reporting. A baseline gives context to a comparison; it should not be overwritten just to hide a changed forecast.

Use a fictional plan to practise recording progress and explaining the difference between planned and current dates. Confirm which information is actual and which remains estimated. Bring the starting skills specified in the course pathway and confirm your Project edition before registering.
