Your course videos, exercise files and practice workbooks live in the student portal. Here is what you have access to, and for how long.

What your access includes
When you complete one of our publicly scheduled courses you get 90 days of free access to the portal, which holds a series of videos reviewing the important concepts from your course, together with the exercise files used in class. Working through the exercises again on your own data is the single most useful thing you can do in the week after a course.
Your free refresher
Separately from the 90-day video access, you have a one year free refresher on every course in the catalog. Any time in that window you can retake the same course at no charge. You do not need to justify it; people often get more from the second sitting than the first. Contact us to book a refresher seat.
If your access has expired
Video access ends after 90 days, but nothing else does. Two things stay available to you permanently and need no login at all:
- Our written guides — including XLOOKUP vs INDEX MATCH and Excel slicers, which cover the same ground as the course videos.
- The public video library — short training videos, free and ungated.
And if you would rather sit the course again, that is what the refresher is for. Browse the course categories to find it.
Trouble signing in?
Password resets are handled inside the portal itself. If you are locked out or your access has not appeared after a course, let us know and we will sort it. The FAQ covers the most common questions.
