Choose training for the QuickBooks product you actually use

QuickBooks Online and desktop products should not be treated as the same course environment. Record the complete product name, country edition, version and relevant modules before comparing training. A familiar transaction concept can still use a different screen or process in another product.

Compare the practical requirements

The verified Power Concepts products are QuickBooks Online Part 1 and Part 2. This page does not establish a current public QuickBooks Desktop course. If you use a desktop product or are migrating from one, describe that requirement and ask for a specific recommendation before booking.

Work through an example

Use a representative workflow, such as issuing an invoice and reconciling its payment, to identify what you need to relearn. Separate the bookkeeping concept from the application steps. If a migration is involved, data conversion and reconciliation of opening records need their own plan and acceptance checks.

Decide what to book or request

Ask which practice environment is used and whether the features relevant to your work are available in it. Choose the course by the product and responsibility you will use afterwards, rather than buying a similarly named course and hoping the differences will be small.
