Choose a small, controlled automation example
A Power Automate training brief should define the trigger, action, permissions and failure handling. Begin with a harmless demonstration rather than a live business process that sends messages or changes records.
An illustrative practice exercise
An illustrative flow records a fictional request in a test list and marks it for review. It does not contact customers or approve the request.
- Describe the trigger and intended record change.
- Test with invented data in an approved environment.
- Decide how duplicate requests and failures should be handled.
Check the result
Check that the flow does only the authorised work and that someone owns its review. Available connectors and licensing must be confirmed by the organisation.
Confirm the right training scope
Contact us with the process and environment to discuss whether a suitable training scope is available. No public Power Automate course, production integration or ongoing automation support is implied.

Discuss your training needs
Send the work task, learner count and software version. Power Concepts can confirm whether a public course or a scoped workshop is suitable, along with availability and a written quote.
